Where
I live in a small village in Wiltshire and have a therapy room at home for clients living within a reasonable commute, but mostly I work online. Working online is surprisingly powerful and I enjoy working with clients throughout the UK and internationally.
Sessions
A session lasts for 1 hour and it is preferable to meet weekly. Regular contact helps support the process and strengthen the therapeutic relationship. Ideally we agree on a regular weekly time, however I can offer flexibility for clients with a less structured work schedule.
Cost
Psychotherapy
Zoom or office based psychotherapy £80 an hour.
I realise that therapy is a huge expense and I feel strongly that as many people as possible should have access. I therefore have a percentage of my sessions available for people in need of lower fee places. Please do speak to me if cost is an issue.
Supervision
Supervision for AEDP therapists and equine partnered therapists – fee to be agreed individually. I work internationally with therapists with very different fee structures. To keep costs equitable, I agree a fee with each supervisor that is roughly based on their average fee.
